HISTORY
He is born in 8 June 1984 and an Argentine footballer. He plays for FC Barcelona as defensive midfielder but when plays against Manchester United in final champions league, he switch into center back. Mascherano began his career at River Plate.
On 28 August 2010, he agreed terms on a four-year deal contract with FC Barcelona for 22 million euros. He passed his medical examination and told Barca TV " All is fair in fair and love".
He made his first debut for FC Barcelona on 11 September 2010.
