Thiago Alcantara is the man we want to talk right now....

This twenty-year old midfielder has through a season in Barca first-team appearances, but still faces a battle to dislodge Xavi and Iniesta position. Well... you all know why.

While most talented player would feel frustrated at the lack of first-team opportunities, meanwhile Thiago is the other way. He is delighted to play alongside and learn from Iniesta and Xavi Hernandez.

Thiago said:  

"Playing alongside them is a real joy," Thiago told Sport.

"You always know that whatever happens they are always available and ready to receive the ball.

"They make life so much easier for you."

Now we all know...

Thiago actually wants to learn from Xavi and Iniesta, the master of midfield player. Hopefully he can be like them because they are the one who make Barcelona beautiful...
